5.0 out of 5 stars. Excellent BootVerified Buyer Reviewed by South Routt Hunter from Yampa, CO on Friday, July 28, 2017Boots are stiff out of the box but within one 6 mile hike into the Flat Tops, Routt National Forest they have softened up and are super comfy. I've had several pairs of Asolo's in this style that I use for summer mushrooming, early season Elk and backpacking long distances. They seem to last about 3 years of heavy duty use and then it's time for a new pair. Love them!

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great boot so farVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from California on Thursday, February 23, 2017I'm a lineman in Northern California, no not Sacramento or San Francisco but a couple hours from Oregon . It's rugged trust me. The boots are stiff enough to climb poles in but comfortable enough to wear them every day. The leather liner is very comfortable, allowing for less friction in turn fewer blisters. I am hopeful that they hold up through work, backpacking and hunting season. If they do they are top notch.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Great asolo boot!Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Lubbock, TX on Sunday, February 12, 2017Leather liner wicks sweat like nothing else can...
Takes a good week of casual wear to really break it in. Narrow toes, as all asolos have. Will probably last many years if they act like any of my other asolos have over the last 20 years! -

5.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome!Reviewed by spinnerg from CO on Tuesday, December 27, 2016Personally, I think these boots rock! Others may not like them but for me, it was money well spent. I wanted to wait until I wore them a couple of weeks before reviewing. GREAT ankle support, wonderful look and feel. One minor, and I do mean minor thing I found is the right boot feels a little narrow but it has slowly loosened up. I think once I treat the oil they will begin to form to my foot. Otherwise, I have no complaints if after a few more months something changes I will update my review.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Very durableReviewed by Anonymous from Michigan on Thursday, December 15, 2016I have owned this boot for over 5 years. I have used them while building houses (every day for a year) and going to church and everything in between. Still holds water out like they are new. Leather looks great. Must have been made with high quality adhesives because their is no sign of separation of any materials. I have also own Asolo fugative and this boot is far superior.
Best boot Ive ever own. -

5.0 out of 5 stars. A+++Verified Buyer Reviewed by bill from folsom on Wednesday, August 3, 2016great fit. i have a size 12 foot measured on a brannock device, a narrow heel, a normal width forefoot. these fit in a size 12. no heel slip with a thick sock. no heel rub. there is just enough room in the toes, could have used a little more, but it is acceptable. leather interior of the boot is luxurious. only negative is the tongue. there is something funny about the tongue, it is impossible for me to center it. fortunately, does not affect fit. i have lighter boots that i wear for hot weather, the Bajura would be for loose large rocky trails and colder weather. i think i am going to wear them up pyramid peak in a month or so. they seem to have a good innersole in them. if the tongue is bothering you where the boot flexes on your ankle, suggest skipping one set of lace tie downs where it rubs, although this might go away with time as the boots break in. did not bother me but i noticed this on other reviews.

5.0 out of 5 stars. Best boot I have purchased.Reviewed by Annelise from Wyoming on Thursday, July 28, 2016I hike extensively throughout the year and these boots are amazing! I usually wear lightweight hikers but found they weren't taking care of my feet once I got a heavy load on my back. Tried some danner crag rats first (sucked) and then these. Stiff at first. They aren't completely broken in yet, still giving me some blisters on my heel. But in another 20 miles or so they should be perfect. Extremely durable and comfortable. Inside leather is soft and they're stiff enough to handle very steep terrain. Traction is fantastic. I love the lacing system. Best I have seen. Best boot I have owned. Wish I had bought another pair now that they're sold out of my size.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Solid Hiking BootsVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Washington on Monday, July 25, 2016First and foremost I haven't taken these on a climb or trek as of yet. Just wearing them around work they are pretty comfortable off the bat. They are moderately stiff, to be expected from a hybrid mountaineering/hiking boot. Seem to be really durable and comfortable.
