Nice adjustable light hiker

I got these because I really enjoyed Asolo's nonGore-Tex approach shoes. I'd read reviews that the Mantra had a softer footbed, but I still found these hard in the forefoot. As a result, I'll have to find some Asics insoles that work with these. With that problem aside, these are a narrower Italian last that fits my feet, and I find the adjustability of the lacing system to help with foot fatigue from arthritis and pins in my left foot from previous hiking "misjudgments." The Vibram sole appears to be softer than my other Asolo shoes, so I'm interested in how they do on wet rocks. Took a couple of days to break in, but they're really comfortable for walking. Love 'em.
