“What is your return policy?”

  • STP is great with returns. If there is a defect in the product there is no charge for return shipping. If you are doing a size exchange I think they charge $2.95. I have returned thing often and always get a credit back to my account. By the way - these boots are great - both my husband and I have a pair.

  • I think Sierra's policy is you can return it within one year. Pretty liberal policy, but you'll have to check the site for other terms and conditions.

  • I am a long time customer not an employee but I have returned/exchanged some items. Use the return address labels included in your order. There may be a postage charge deducted from your store credit.
    There is an exchange/return page on the site as well as phone and on-line reps if you need more info.

  • STP could probably respond but I bought the regular sized version and they pinched my feet. I was able to send them back no problem and get a replacement in the wide. Account rep was on the phone and walked through ordering what I wanted, it was super easy!
