Nice, firm and comfortable.

I got these in 10W, the only available color at the time was blue, didn't care about the color, it was for a purpose and it is all about "fit". Well, I kinda' liked the color looking at them when I first tried them on and noticed they are a really good build, good toe room, very sturdy and good support with the right amount of flex where I need it. Also, my regular and medium weight socks work well, haven't tried the heavy weights.
Some people like the mix of materials, some don't, I have several pair of boots in different materials, these are tough enough for me to say they should last years. Even with the Goretex, they breathe well, better than some of my top brand boots in leather and mixes.
So, I have walked in these a few long days in the city and in the desert, they get better each time. With a short break in to my feet, (not my feet breaking in to them), I did not want to take them off at the end of the evening to put on my slippers,...Yep!
I had tried the Asolos "Flame" in 10W, the toe box was too darn narrow for me, the Flame looks very nice and good build, but not for my feet. The Neutron have a wider toe box and do the job very well.
Originally, I had an idea to get one of each, usually I get a second pair of the one that just fits better, looks like the right fit found me with the Neutron in wide...Want to guess what my second pair will be?
Since I change boots every day and let one pair dry out, it is nice to have a "spare pair" when you want the same great fit and the same great quality for your feet, (be nice to your feet, feet don't lie), grab a pair and a spare, your feet are worth it.
