Not the FSN But A Great Desert Boot.
Reviewed by east coast from AZ on Saturday, March 22, 2014
This boot isn't waterproof and that's exactly what I wanted for some desert canyon hiking. These boots breath better than goretex boots, so your feet stay dryer when it's hot. It's different than my past favorite the Asolo FSN series. This boot has harder vibram soles (better wear, not as much stick) and is taller than the FSN. Also, I found it wider than the FSN, (I took a regular wideth in the Neutron and a wide in the FSN) although it's suppose to be built on the same last.
