Not sure these will hold up to my torture!

I love asolo boots and had a few pairs of the FSN-95 and they were
beyond expectations. I hike the most brutal arizona rock hillsides and i'm rarely
On a trail. The layer of rubber just above the black sole is a soft foam rubber
On the neutrons. 3 hikes in and the rocks and sharp brush have torn up this
Soft rubber. After a years use.....that secondary layer on my 95's is untouched and smooth.
The 95's layer is a indestructable rubber. I can also see the left and right edges of the vibram sole
Flexing outwards as i go over rocks. I've never seen edges flex out on any of my 95's.
I hope this isn't a familiar trend where a company uses cheaper materials every year
And product quality drops. I'm 3 hikes in and enjoy these so far and i will report back
Shortly with my findings. No boot of mine ever lasts more than 3-4 months for hiking.
My boots become work boots once they become dangerous to hike in.
