Ok for weekenders

I bought these boots in fall of 2013 as replacements for my 5-year old Sasslongs. I really hope Asolo isn't putting these soles on their spendier boots. My Sasslongs lasted five full field seasons of very harsh conditions working for the Forest Service. Two years into the Powermatics, and the soles are becoming bald and are beginning to delaminate. Additionally, they required a winter of casual wear to break in. I replaced them with a pair of Bajura's. If you have a rugged, demanding use for your boots, you're better off buying the Sasslongs or Bajura's. They are much more rugged and required very little, if any, break in time.
