As a girl you usually want the pink showing but it looks like you have them on inside out.
They are really small. I got a XL that states its a 18-20 and my daughter wears a 14-16 and she couldnt even get them up past her thighs. -

The pink interior is a mesh fabric for breath ability. Size medium would fit a teenage girl. The only draw back to putting the pink on the outside (making it reversible) is that now you have an ugly tag sticking out in an awkward way. Should have put the tag along the side seem. I cut my tag off.
