Very warm base layer, sharp looking too

This shirt runs a tad small. I'm a buxom 12 (40" chest) with somewhat short arms and torso and the large, though billed as a 12-14, is really more of a 10-12. Very form-fitting. I think a tall woman might find it too short in the body but it would be fine for a petite or average size. The fabric is great for an underlayer or on its own, smooth outer surface (easy to slip into a jacket without hanging up on the lining) with a dense, very soft brushed interior that feels wonderful on the skin. The cut is excellent, very flattering and not binding for active sports -- the arm hole and shoulder design is very flexible and the tunnel neck doesn't strangle you when zipped up. A protective tab keeps the zipper from scratching your neck. Fabric print looks cooler than you can tell from the catalog shot -- I got the white and it has bold dark grey skinny random stripes, like somebody drew on it with a pencil. Very unique and sharp looking -- I have worn it 3 times so far and each time someone has asked me where I got it. I thought I would just use it as a base layer for sports, like under my drysuit for winter kayaking, but it is so attractive and comfortable I expect it to also be a staple all winter and something I pack for traveling as well. Washed it once and it came through the machine cycle and dryer like new.
