The shirt doesn't need ironing. However, the inner placket is not only of a different color (which I like) but a different type of fabric. I had to iron that part.

Very comfortable and a high quality, nice fabric and very well made. Although it's a midweight cotton it's very breathable so it should be okay for most seasons. I went with the Large which is my usual size (I'm 5'1"and 118libs. but have large shoulders and a large waist due to kidney disease). It runs a tad bit larger than my usual large but I like the little extra wiggle room. I can't speak to it being tight on top because I have no chest but it fits fine in the shoulders. The arms are a little long on me but I am short- even petite shirts are long on me.
