savory taste on the trailVerified Buyer Reviewed by Stromama from NC on Wednesday, July 26, 2017This meal did not disappoint. a flavorful and delicious meal was perfect after a long, wet trek. Flavors and seasoning a perfect blend of slightly sweet with a tiny after kick of heat.
A taste of PersiaVerified Buyer Reviewed by Justin from Washington DC on Friday, July 7, 2017Dated an Iranian girl and she cooked a lot better than this. Couldn't convince her to go camping though, and I never got the freeze drying right. When they came out with this recipe I left her. I could finally enjoy the Persian food in Shenandoah National Park the way God intended.
Its...OkReviewed by Chris from Idaho on Thursday, March 2, 2017Tried this on a recent snowshoe trip. It re-hydrates well but has a slight sour/tart taste to it. I assume its the peaches. It also has no veggies and lacks variety in texture (mostly just rice with small pieces of chicken). I wouldn't buy it again.
