WOW these looked great. BUT sizes run small - we ordered size fourteen for our size 14 Dad.

He could not even squeeze into it. It looked large enough but with the nice thick liner - he just could not get his foot in.

We would not recommend mail order unless you are sure of your size on this one.

We will rate the returns process and look for other great boots.

These boots are terrific - solidly built and very comfortable and warm. I use them in MA while outside standing in the snow and ice and never have cold feet. The boots feel about 1/2 smaller than marked -- I wear an 8 1/2 and a 9 fits about right. The only con is they are heavy, but with an insulated boot that is probably 16" high, that's to be expected.

Below zero temperature in Minnesota, this boot keeps my feet warm and toasty.
Only negatives are the laces, difficult in cold to tighten them. Feet were sore after a 3 mile walk, there is no arch support.
