It has a drop shoulder design. The sleeves are long, perfect for my long arms and not too slim. I ordered xs instead of my usual small. It is slim in fit but not tight and is longish in length. Embroidery is pretty and colorful. Purchased blue as well. It is larger, slightly, but fits well.

In the white, size was absolutely perfect for me. Crisp white cotton fabric. Sleeves are long, shoulder seam comes down about 2" onto arm. Everything looks great on me. The blue stripe with embroidery is about 1.5" different through the body, as if a size small. It looks slightly large through body and shoulders. I'll keep, but wish both were same size.
