However, something is either wrong with the Bell sizing chart that was provided, or something is wrong with the sizing of this particular model. I ordered the correct size as shown on the Bell sizing chart and received a child size helmet. I could not even put the helmet on my head! It was that small. Returned.

It obviously did its job because I am writing this 6 hours later. Amazing how the shell gave but didn't break. I have mild concussion but very lucky to have had this helmet on. Buying replacement as I type.

It fits and stays in place well, and he likes it because it looks cool. Only thing he doesn't like is his last helmet had nice soft padding under the chin strap and this one doesn't.
