Got these just in time for socks and cool weather. I wear a 10-10.5 in most street shoes and the 43 worked well. The narrow is better for my foot even though I'm not normally a narrow in other shoes. I also recently got a pair of Arizona style and the 43 narrow was good their, so these are consiste... Read More

Love these shoes, work in medical field and on feet all day. Comfortable on feet and helps with lower back aches. Nothing better than Birkenstock.

I love birks but have always had a problem with them slipping off of my feet. I don't have particularly narrow feet but they would become dislodged at inopportune times. I got these last week and they have become my go to shoes. they're narrow enough that they stay put but not so narrow that I feel confined. the footbed is not quite as soft as some of the "soft" beds I've seen but they're still really comfortable. although they're pretty true to size they do seem to be a bit smaller (shorter) than my others. maybe my feet don't go as far into the narrow version? don't know, still a good fit in my regular size.

I have been wearing Birkenstocks for at least 30 years and still have my first . I love the soft foot bed now that I am of a certain age. The 42 N fits my size 11 B feet perfectly with socks.

We got some Birkies when we lived in Germany, but had generally gone with Stegmann clogs since moving back. The last pair of Stegmann's didn't seem to wear as well, so back to this brand.
Super comfortable insole. My husband loves these and I'm jealous as I never see my size available.
Someday they will be mine, oh yes, someday...

    • Ran,|you letter made me laugh! But, unfortunately I would not recommend ordering a narrow pair of shoes without trying them on first. Fortunately I have a simple solution for you! Here's what you do, find a shoe store where they sale narrow widths Briks, go and try them on and see how they fit. If they fit drive home as fast (safely) as you can, turn on your computer, come to our site and order yourself a brand new pair of Briks at a great price! Have a good one!

About Birkenstock

The folks behind the Birkenstock footwear brand have spent more than two centuries discovering the recipe for happy feet, and the key ingredient is cork. Over the years, Birkenstock sandals and shoes have walked the world over, out-distancing the competition with cork footbeds that actually mold to the shape and contours of the human foot for a totally custom, incredibly comfortable fit. The more you walk, the better they get! Birkenstock clogs have the added advantage of roomy toe boxes that might just set a girl (or guy) to dancing. Birkenstock shoes and sandals are comfortable, unique, timeless and authentic. Experience the difference for yourself and rock your Birks with pride.
