Most Helpful 5-Star Review
Reviewed by Krista from Colorado on Friday, August 2, 2013Bought the poles for husband, keeping in mind he has carpel tunnel and near constand numbness/tingling up his wrists and forearms. He took them out last week on a 14'er and LOVED them! He was hiking up/down scree fields and felt strong support and comfort. He thought the wrist straps were soft, the compact size met his needs, and the weight was very light - a huge bonus as we travel to other countries and need to pack them into duffle bags.
I would recommend this set to any serious hiker, including those of us here in the great Rockies!
Reviewed by ladybug810 from Connecticut on Tuesday, July 30, 2013I am a big fan of Black Diamond. My old pair was just fine, but coming back from a recent trip, I couldn't find the last portion of one of the poles, so I was forced to buy a new pair. I am very satisfied with this new model. Very light weight, convenient and comfortable to the touch!
Reviewed by disappointed hiker from Montana on Thursday, July 25, 2013Really like how compact these get, the formed cork handles provide the perfect grip. Light but sturdy - these have save me from several falls.
