2.0 out of 5 stars. Sorry, its a "C" at best

I like BD products a lot and I use a backpack or sling pack daily. I also use BD headlights and their distance Z trekking poles all the time but this bag disappointed me and went back. The bullet bag, however, is not impressive in any way. Its got a much smaller feel than 16 liters for starters. My best realistic guess is that is about 10 liters or maybe 12 if stretched to the limit. My 7.5 liter Jack Wolfskin speed liner pack is the same dimensions as this one so I anticipated something a little bigger anyway. The material BD used here is very sturdy and probably will last for years but the zippers aren't YKK and worked fine but not particularly smoothly. The zipper pulls were low level, too. The one pocket in front for phone/wallet/key isn't more than just a dump pouch with no organization. Thats just not acceptable to anyone who has owned a Camelbak, Osprey, Thule, Jack Wolfskin or even a Deuter. This was a very simple no frill whatsoever small rucksack so if thats what you want, its perfect. I expected and wanted a little more with things like better zippers, a water bottle holder, and a little organization area instead of just a plain unlined pouch at the least. I also expected it to be more legitimately 16 liters so its a "C" at best. STP was great about the return so no harm/no foul here.
