Not leggings, but not overly baggy either (slightly fitted). I've worn them multiple times per week since buying them and they have worn very nicely and kept their shape well. They are extremely stretchy and comfortable -- worth every penny. (They have been mistaken for LuLulemon sweats multiple times, which shows how high quality they are! :)

Confused PantsVerified Buyer Reviewed by DanceFaery from San Francisco Bay Area on Wednesday, August 2, 2017The fabric is very stretchy and more suitable for fitted yoga tights, however these pants are cut like sweatpants with a short rise (low waist). So while the color is a beautiful, intense red, and the fabric nice and heavy with good stretch, they unfortunately did't fit well. The low waist wanted to ride up and cause "cutting" in an unflattering way, and the ribbed ankles aren't tight. I'm 5'7", 145# and the Mediums fit, but these pants aren't comfortable.
