Honey Oat Energy Bites
Mix the following ingredients in a mixing bowl. Start with the dry ingredients first and add peanut butter and honey last.
1 Cup of Oats
2/3 Cup Coconut Flakes
1/2 Cup Flax Seed
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/3 Cup Honey
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
Stir all ingredients thoroughly. Then place the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to let cool.
Remove from the refrigerator and roll into balls. Enjoy.
