Coffee Makes You Smarter

No joke, caffeine blocks an inhibitory neurotransmitter called Adenosine. This causes an increase in neuronal firing in the brain. So coffee doesn't just improve your mood it actually does improve your brain functionality.

Coffee Contains Many Nutrients and Antioxidants

That cup of coffee isn't just water and caffeine, there are a fair amount of beneficial nutrients you can get from coffee. These nutrients include Potassium, Manganese, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, and Vitamin B5. You can also get a large amount of your daily antioxidants in a daily cup of joe.

Coffee May Reduce Risks of Type II Diabetes

Studies have shown that people who drink several cups of coffee per day are the less likely to develope Diabetes. According to Popular Science, "Coffee has been repeatedly associated with a lower risk of diabetes. The reduction in risk ranges from 23% all the way up to 67%."

Coffee Just Makes You Feel Good

Am I right? No science needed here. A cup of coffee wakes you up and puts you in a good mood. Do you really need a better reason than that?
