Pumpkin Spice Energy Bar
Microwave 1/2 Cup of Honey for 15 seconds.
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/8 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Add the following mixture into a lightly oiled pan:
1 Cup Crushed Walnuts
1 Cup Crushed Pecans
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/4 Cup Chopped Dates
Heat the above mixture and add the honey and spice mixture.
Pour into a 9"x9" baking pan. Then place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve.
