    I'm 5'4 & 148# with a small waist and thick thighs. Because I perceived these ran small per the other reviews, I ordered a C instead of a B, and they were way too long, too much material, so I returned them. I had no problem with the waist, but that is not where I carry my weight. They are very nicely made. The cables hold their shape well, and the sock feature is right. I may try to reorder in the correct size.
