When they arrived I thought they might be too small, but I'm using them constantly, They work well for salsa, salads, side soup, ice cream, and I have started using them as prep bowls in the kitchen. • I am not aware of a cereal bowl. We actually use the small bowl. You could look at another brand that is white, either round or square. These bowls are such a great modern shape. Corelle Livingware is light weight like the Bormioli Rocco. Sorry I can't assist more.

    • We do not have information on what other types of bowls they may have and where they may be sold. We suggest contacting the manufacturer.

    • There is not a cereal bowl in the Prometeo line; just this small bowl (which may be a bit small for cereal), the pasta bowl (which is too shallow for cereal). and what they sometimes list as a salad bowl (which is huge--it would hold about half a large box of cereal--in Italy they were sold as serving bowls).
I got some Tag Whiteware cereal bowls and really like them for soup, cereal, etc. but they were about $7 or more everyplace I saw them.

  • “What is its size in ounces?”

    • I just filled mine with 8 oz. of water. It gets about 1/4" from the top of the bowl.
