Wow, these Bogner pants rock!! As usual, Bogner makes a Fun, Functional, & Fashionable ski pant. These have a printed 'worn' jeans pattern augmented with black colored, authentic Swarvoski crystals in a flame pattern on the front of both legs, and there is a real rear pocket that includes an internal zipper pocket. These are a slim fit, I'm 5'03", 135 lbs, and bought an 8 R so I can wear a thick layer underneath, even though this ski pant is insulated (I've worn them skiing in minus 5 degrees). While the 'jeans' section looks low rise, the waist has a gaiter that brings the ski pant to normal waist line so no air or snow gets in (closing is a zipper, clip, and 3 snaps). There are internal boot gaiters with side zips for easy access over your ski boots. I love these ski pants!!

Here is the info I found online for these pants:

    Fabric Rating: 20K Waterproof / 20K Breathable
Shell Material: 100% polyester "denim" fabric
    Lining Material: 100% polyester lining
    Insulation: 55g synthetic insulation

Denim jean print taken from a high quality photo looks just like jeans
One rear right open pocket with hidden zipper to store small essentials
Faux pockets complete classic jean style
Swarovski flame detail down front leg for style
Kidney warmer insert with 3-snap closure adds extra warmth
Inner softshell waist gaiter provides extra coverage above the waist line
Bottom cuff zippers open for boot cut, and close for skinny fit

Based on the reputation of the Bogner brand I was hoping these ski pants would be both stylish AND functional. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed on the "functional" front. The pants have essentially zero technical features - in fact, a cheap pair of snow pants I purchased for my son for sledding & playground use from a big box retailer seems more durable and feature-filled than these! There is only one pocket (a rear pocket), which doesn't even close securely. The waistband gaiter is a nice feature, especially given that the waist of the faux denim portion of the pants is very low. The sizing I'd say is true to size except for the length - I ordered size 8L (only size available) and don't notice much difference in length vs. other ski pants I own. If you're looking to make a style statement while cruising a few groomers, these pants might be what you're looking for, but if you're looking to do anything more, look elsewhere. I'll be returning these since for the price I can get something that is much higher-quality and functional. Additional note: on the pair I received, the Bogner branding was not prominently displayed anywhere so if you are buying primarily for brand recognition, be aware.

The jacket was beautiful but the zipper was broken.
This is my experience with the return:
Sierractrading post charges return for shipping. It took me a long time to get through to customer service to request for the return shipping not to be charged. I’m still not sure if the package arrived to them. When you make a return via UPS on amazon, they refund your order at the same time that your package is scanned st the UPS facility. This is too much follow up for me.

I have been wanting these pants for 3 years but refused to pay the exorbitant price this pants were originally listed at. These were a great find at A great price!

Overall very good quality, but a lot smaller than listed US size

Haven't worn it but this one has thicker outer fabric than my Frida-T pants bought last year, so I think it's going to be sturdy and warm enough for cold days. I bought size 6, it fits so well. I wear size 28 jeans.

I bought these but am returning, sadly. I wear a 4-6 size normally. I bought in a size 6, the blue color. Gorgeous in person. I expected them to be snug, they just look like they should be. The thighs were somewhat loose, definitely not tight at all. Very loose from the upper knees to the ankles. The seat area was fitted, but not snug. The waist however, was TIGHT. Once I had it zipped, I became accustomed to the fit, but I could never ever have anything on underneath. Yes, it was that tight. Forget eating. LOL It's a shame because I really liked the pants, the price was exceptional, and they would be nice a warm for a football game, ice skating, hiking and of course, skiing. And they looked GREAT. But just too small at the waist. If you are a definite size 4, the 6 would do you well. Sixes, Ladies, forget it. Unless you have a really small waist and are a small 6 like me.
