First hydration bag I’ve ever had. Fits perfectly in back of my turkey vest. Beats the heck out of a crinkly water bottle & holds more water. Color is perfect for hunting as well. Love it.

I got this to go in the back pocket of my fishing vest. It has the same volume as my 32oz water bottle but a better profile for carrying in the vest. The closure mechanism is great, much easier to use than the traditional screw caps.

Bag is great! No problem wit the gaskets in the mouth piece which also has a cover. Added layer in the hose which probably makes it a tab bit durable. Small enough for a short to medium bike ride. Easy to refill but if you dnt have your method down obviously you can drop liquid. If one takes responsible care this bag should last a good spell. I'd like to also recommend that everyone should shop here before buying anything at rei. You risk over spending when you can get quality for a proper price

Great. Takes only the space the liquid inside needs. Feels like good quality.

As the other reviews mention, the bottle is extremely difficult to open from the collapsed state. The instructions on the packaging don't help. I was going to return the bottle, but I have really wanted a bottle like this for a long time. A bottle I can keep in my car, travel bag, work bag, first aid kit, backpacking bag, etc without it taking up too much space. I can fill up 4 of these on a backpacking trip to carry a gallon of water (don't like bacteria inviting bladders), then collapse them as they get used up. Genius.

But the darn thing just would not open. So I banged the bottom of it on the floor a few times, wisdom being "If something doesn't work, hit it." Voila, the bottle opened right up. Now that its been loosened, collapsing it and opening it are no longer a problem. Its a great practical bottle, holds a full liter of water and is high quality. Even though its flexible, I expect years of worry free service. Thanks Hydrapak and STP for making this bottle available.
