This sleeping bag says it is rectangular sleeping bag. When I took it out of the bag it is a mummy bag. I am just as happy since I bought it for backpacking anyway. I was still pleased with this bag.

Bought this bag for an emergency car bag as the price was terrific and it appeared to be a decently made bag. Sadly, it is way to narrow for me. I am 6ft 250lbs and could not zip my shoulders in without stressing the zipper and then I couldn't move. It is a good weight and would definitely keep a person who is tall and very thin warm-just not built for me.Stuff sack also seemed worthy of some compression. Is not light but would be good for family/car camping. Or sending a kid to camp (who fits that extremely tall and lanky bill)

Awesome discount, bag is very lightweight, which is great, looked and felt like good quality, as described until it came time to pack it back. Took about 10 minutes and enormous effort (even though very tightly rolled) to staff it back into a very skinny sack which by the time I was done looked like it was just going to rip apart at the seams. Definitely not something I would want to deal with on the trail. Had to return it unfortunately.

I'd been looking for a compact bag to take on motorcycle trips, and then keep in the trunk of the car during the winter for emergencies. Innovative collar and hood. I don't expect that it would be warm enough for true Colorado 3-season usage, though.

If you are looking for a good mid-weather bag, this one works well all-around. It compacts and stores very well, so it could work well as a summer pack bag.
