I like how smooth they are on the outside, it makes it easier to put on boots or snug slip ons. I might even try them inside out. Washed and dried on low inside out as I do all my high quality wool socks. So far so good.

I am a US9.5 and ordered a size MD; they fit well. The knit of the fabric is very loose so I don't know how well they'll stand up to wear/tear/snagging. The socks are warm, comfortable and wicking.
