Perfect for my feet

Many years ago I went to a local running store and had the specialists there fit me for a shoe that was good for my feet and gait. At the time I paid full price for the shoe they recommended and was really happy with it. I do like to support the local merchants, especially when they give me personal service. But now that I know what works well for me, I'm super happy that STP gets the same brand/model on closeout when Brooks puts out the new one. I get a white-ish pair and a black pair every year or two and toss them when the tread goes. I wear them more for walking than running (which I rarely do any more), but they give me the support I need and are comfortable right out of the box. YMMV, but if you need a bit of pronation control these might be for you. I would say that my heels are regular width and my forefoot just a bit wider than average. I find that these shoes have a wide enough toe box in the B (regular) width.
