Good Light Weight Trail Shoe - Run Large

Just finished first 5.5 mile loop in these which is mostly on paved road and has quite a bit of climbing / descent. If you are not a mid-foot striker, you may not like these on the downhills, because they are going to force you onto your forefoot. They are a comfortable running shoe, but I will probably add a thin cushioning footpad.
Nice tread. Responsive feel. Am eager to try them out on a trail.
Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a trail shoe with reduced heel to toe drop.
These run big. I wear an 11 1/2 in the Brooks Adrenaline but had to drop down to an 11 in these.
