Reliable neutral cushioning trainer
Reviewed by Josh from Ohio on Friday, December 2, 2016
I have started wearing Brooks Ghosts the past year while training for half marathons and marathons. My feet require neutral cushioning to avoid injury and the Brooks Ghost hold up well. Historically I wore the Asics Cumulus series and the Ghost line is an equivalent shoe from Brooks. I notice Brooks shoes are more durable over 400+ mile worn and don't feel as broken down as other trainers I have worn. The waffle pattern on the soles grips road and gravel terrain well. Pleased with purchase so far and will continue to wearing Ghost in the future.
