Closeouts. Light and fast, the Brooks Launch 2 running shoes propel your run with springy adaptive DNA cushioning in the midsole that returns energy to the body. Verified Buyer Reviewed by Metallion from Maine on Wednesday, June 28, 2017Lightest, most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! I use them for walking and at work (cooking). Price was right too. Bought 2 more pairs for when these wear out.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Koz from LA on Tuesday, May 16, 2017I prefer Brooks shoes and this kept my running shoes fresh for cheap!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by chris from Arkansas on Wednesday, April 12, 2017The shoes are very light and comfortable.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by airwar1966 from Colorado on Friday, March 31, 2017I'm a middle-aged man who trains in the sport of triathlon. I regularly run in Asics, Mizuno, and Brooks. The Brooks Launch series is probably the best series shoe that i have ever ran in, and I don't state that lightly. The Brooks launch 2's literally allow the runner to feel as if he/she is in fact launching each time you lift your foot. These shoes are well constructed and are very light, yet give the support and cushion that a serious distance runner expects, all without the overreaching feeling of "too much" cushioning. Try them - you won't regret the experience.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Bill E from Long Island, NY on Tuesday, March 7, 2017Used to buy Brooks running shoes all the time when I was younger and running all the time. Still the same quality and (quirky) fit--always needed a half-size to a full size larger than my usual size. Very satisfied!

“Does this shoe have a moderate amount of arch support? Too many running shoes are basically for flat-footed people. Thanks.”
The Brooks Launch series is for neutral runners with a moderate (average) degree of arch. These are excellent shoes for the runner who needs support though not cushioning that comes in a light-weight trainer.
This shoe provides a fair amount of arch support. My husband says they are fairly comfortable and he's been pleased.
This shoe has some arch support.
