Sierra Trading Post shipped the wrong item, I talked to a live chat representative who was unhelpful and told me to email customer service. Customer Service has not responded, I bought a 2in1 pair of shorts and get a regular Sherpa IV.

Customer service is obviously a joke, I'm extremely disappointed.

My current recommendation is buy from anywhere but Sierra Trading Post. Maybe if Customer Service provides service, I'll have a chance to change my opinion.
