This is a perfect Spring/Summer everyday jacket. Very light weight with only a half lining. Love the zippered pockets. Has a loose comfortable fit. Sleeves ran a little long but no problem with some altering. Classic Linen Jacket.

Based on the reviews, I imagined I was ordering a well-tailored linen jacket with an upscale Italian look. I returned this, because it really did look like a cheap jacket. Reviews suggested the colors were surprisingly attractive but I found the opposite to be true.

A stylish garment, but I'm not sure of the build and dimensions of the man this jacket would fit perfectly, but I'm a "husky" 6'2" - I'd need to be at least a "slim" 6' 4" - with long arms!

Great summer jacket with very nice design and ergonomic touches which make this jacket special. But the sizing is slim even by European standards, and the XL was very, very snug so as to be uncomfortable. I usually find an XL jacket to be roomy for my size 44-46, but in this case I'd have to say this Bugatchi Uomo XL jacket is about size 42. Still, I would have exchanged it for a 2XL, because I like it that much, but that size wasn't available.

    • The Bugatchi Uomo Striped Linen Blazer is made of 100% linen

  • “my size is R 48/42 , is 3XL is equivalent to that?”
Asked by waqa62 from Unknown on 7/22/2011 12:00:00 AM
    • A R42 is in reference to your waist size. So that would mean you have a 42 inch waist. When converted it is equivalent to a Size 14, or a extra large.

    • I ordered a size 50, and it was at least a size small maybe more.

    • The chest and length size are right on. I did find the arm width, especially at the biceps, to be a bit snug. I would suggest passing on this jacket if you are a bodybuilder or just have incredibly large arms.

    • Not for me. While "medium" is always pretty ambiguous, the overall size seems true to a 38-40 US, albeit a bit on the trim side, as is consistent with European styling. I have an "athletic" build, suit-wise. Heavier men might find it a bit small. The sleeves, however, are a bit too long.

    • No, it looks like there is an out of date description and picture on the website. The customer reviews confirm it several times.
