I am new to slacklining and my partner is more experienced. We both thought the line and ratchet set were great. High quality and felt sturdy after the first use. Only issue I have is that the help line was virtually useless. We tried setting it up in a variety of different ways (including the configuration recommended in the instructions) and every time it would loosen up immediately once any downward pressure was applied which is what you would need to do for it to be a help line. Save a few bucks and just go with the regular line without the helper. For beginners, use a friends shoulder to start and then advance to just their hands and fingers until you can balance entirely on your own.
