Verified Buyer Reviewed by Deb j from Florida on Saturday, March 21, 2015great roaster, not super large, sturdy handles. originally bought it for my sister in law but it didn't fit in her wall oven. fits great in my slide in oven.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Pawsdown from Washington on Thursday, December 4, 2014I bought this pan to roast a 16-pound turkey. The rack and v-rack were well-sized for the task. The drippings were deglazed to make gravy on top of the stove, and afterwards, it was a cinch to clean up. The pan was relatively lightweight for its size and easier to handle than my other triple-clad stainless steel roasting pan from a well-known brand. The ergonomic handle design made it easier to lift the pan (with potholders) from the hot oven. This pan seemed to cook "hotter" than my stainless steel roasting pan, so next time, I plan to roast in a 325 degrees oven rather than at the usual 350 degrees. I washed the pan by hand even though the manufacturer says that it can go in the dishwasher. I have not seen any bubbling or peeling of the non-stick finish after one use, and I am hoping that this problem reported by some other reviewers will not be an issue with the pan I have.
Reviewed by Jackrabbit from WI on Thursday, November 21, 2013Perfect for roasting turkey and versatile enough to sear and roast the rest of the year. Love, love the rack because I always start my turkeys breast down and then turn for last 45 min to brown top for pretty serving.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Having Fun from East Peoria, IL. on Tuesday, October 18, 2011Quality pan that is large enough to cook a prime rib roast for 12 adults, who love prime rib!
- Best Uses: Prime Rib Roast
- Pros: Searing at high temp
Verified Buyer Reviewed by El Presidente from Lake Tahoe on Thursday, September 29, 2011As a novice chef I was looking for more ways to expand my offerings. This works peerlessly. Game hen came out crispy on all sides and evenly cooked. NY steaks, seared on the stove top and baked in the oven came out better than on my over rated BBQ.
