Lightweight and very strong. These caribiners are awesome. I bought two to replace my Eno hammock carabiners which were really heavy. I liked them so much, I already bought another one!

  • Solid Lightweight Biner, excellent price

Using these for extendable draws. previously was using BD neutrinos. These are similar, if a bit smaller, making them slightly more difficult to clip but minimally so. The tradeoff is that they are lighter.
  • Strength without the weight

I bought a few of these to carry on my PFD for use with my towing rig. I was surprised with their light weight; even lighter than the slightly smaller Metolius Mini Jet II biners I had. I took them out of my PFD and took them camping this weekend for the maiden outing of our new tree tent. I used them in a couple block and tackle and load release hitches with 8mm cordage, and they worked great. I'd prefer a locking biner for any life safety application, but would certainly used one of these in a pinch if I had to. I can't get over the light weight, and would like to order more so I can keep several dedicated sets with the tent, my paddling gear, and with our recreational tree climbing gear.

Love these small but easy to handle carabiners- they really make racking hear and slings on your harness a breeze. Heck of a deal if you don't need specific colors!
