Great cool weather gloves
Reviewed by Amber from NY on Monday, February 14, 2011
Great cycling gloves for cool weather. Fantastic deal. Warm hands are necessary for safety on a bike!!

I do not recommend them for very cold and very windy/rainy days. Below 30' F my hands get too cold to operate the brakes safely.

Good grips where you need it. Quality construction. Highly water... Read More

  • Poor quality
Reviewed by Colin from Oregon on Sunday, December 18, 2016
Quality of stitching is really poor. I would not want to grip anything for long with the massive seam going across my palm! That said, for the STP price they aren't bad to toss in the glove box of your car or in your emergency kit for when you forget your normal gloves.
  • Decent product

These are solid midweight gloves. The outer shell is good but the palm area is missing some quality finishing. Since it has been cold, i have used it extensively and i do like the flexibility offered by these gloves. I had higher expectations during my purchase so maybe the caused me to give it only 3 stars (on account some thread separation from the grip layer in the palm area)
  • Busted seam

Kept me warm for about 2 rides. Then the seams all started falling apart. QC is bad. Sending this one back.
  • love them

Not too warm - good for those cool, windy true to size too
  • The seams are a little rough on the insides and rub on my hands.

A good price, but the seams seem to rub on my fingers and are a little uncomfortable.

  • “If this is a unisex glove and I'm a female, do I use the female or male sizing chart please? Thanks.”

  • “Do you need a liner for these gloves?”
Asked by Josh from SF on 7/31/2013 4:00:13 PM
    • You do not need a liner for these gloves.

  • “OK, I hate to belabor this point yet again. Your other gloves have both the "knukle" circumference measure (which I assume is with fingers spread out as far as possible) and generic sizes (S, M, L, XL). This set of gloves is sized merely generically, though.||A table or list with correspondences between the two standards (for Men as well as for Women) would be a great help! Another thing is that fabricators vary: It may still prove "hit or miss," nonetheless, and we always appreciate great tips from customers as to buying smaller or larger than indicated. ||Becoming clear ("crystal") on this, especially with fabricators, likely would lessen returns, aggravation, and fabricator costs. Usually, I purchase medium gloves. Nonetheless, given a useful customer tip here, I'll try, first, going one size up with this--thanks!”

  • “The STP size charts have separate listings for Men's and Women's glove sizes, but these gloves are described as "For Men and Women". Which size chart corresponds? (ex: 7.5" = Women's L or Men's S per the chart. So what size in THIS product?)”
Asked by Anonymous from Unknown on 1/4/2011 12:00:00 AM
    • To measure your hand size correctly, measure the widest part of your hand (excluding your thumb), generally around the knuckles. The sizes are listed in inches.

    • The gloves are sized in Men's sizes. I consistently wear an XL in gloves of all types, and these are true to Men's XL sizing.
