These are seconds. No where did I see this or was I told I was getting a second or irregular item. I am not at all happy so I called the customer service number. I was further disappointed by the treatment I received from the rep Roy he was a total jerk insisting that I had to have an overview tab on my phone and that my phone was too old or I was not able to use it correctly. Thanks Roy I asked for a supervisor multiple times and was refused every time. I would like to go on record as having a more than adequate phone. A note edge. I have worked in many companies as a customer service rep. In addition I have no tabs on my phone in this site. Now wouldn't it have been nice to have spoken to a supervisor so that I could have had a chance at resolution as opposed to being ridiculed by the customer service rep? I just bought what I had assumed was a first quality item from a reputable company. Too bad it can't be made right.
