A little heavier fabric that normal, but great for the winter. Couldn't find were it was a 2nd.

  • Buyer Beware

I got this shirt and am happy. Like most Carhartt's products, I anticipated this being large for my taste. So I ordered a medium. I am 6'1", 184lbs. The site also offered Length, but only had Regular available. Cool, that would be what I wanted. When the product came today, the size was medium, but the arm length was called extended or long (something along those lines). The shirt on chest, neck and length fit great. However, I wish the arm length was just regular. Now that I look at the product title again, I see Sierra put - Long Sleeve. So, although confusing, I got what I signed up for. Also, on that note, the product logo looked a bit strange and the tag said made in India. So I went to the Carhartt site and looked for a similar shirt. They have a "Made in America" line, but it's a small selection and just jackets. Then I went to their shirts and noticed they are all imported from India and Mexico. Also, the same shirt was twice the price over there. So, although I'm a bit disappointed, I realize that comes from the product company, and not Sierra. So 4 stars to Sierra.

About Carhartt

If you're looking for durable, comfortable clothing and outerwear, few other brands can compete with Carhartt. Although the venerable Carhartt clothing company has become one of the most respected names in American work wear today, the brand comes from humble roots. Founded in 1889, the family-owned business started out in Detroit, Michigan with just two sewing machines and five employees. During The First World War, the company made uniforms for the US military and also manufactured work clothing for the Navy during WWII. Today, Carhartt clothing is still known for robust fabrics, top-notch construction and a great fit. From rugged Carhartt jackets and coveralls to jeans and shirts, this is one brand you can trust to deliver the real deal -- every time.
