    • I didn't notice that because I wasn't interested in white. Both the aqua gray and the brown one I tried had 5 pocket, jeans type styling. The original comfort cords had no watch pocket, tab close back pockets, different waist button system, shorter rise, rounder butt--only the material was the same, really.

    • As I look at the online catalog, the pictures for the white and the aqua gray are the old style, the others are the new style. But I got the new style, which I can't wear. The old ones were better for me. STP should look into this confusion.

    • I do not have the white or the aqua, the pants I have are as shown in the pictures.

    • Hi Kelly,

I recently purchased the shale and wine cords which I consider the regular "jeans" style. I noticed in the illustration the aqua and winter white were different in that they had a wider hem and more slanted pockets which I consider more "slacks" style. I love my cord jeans which I wear with cowboy boots. The colors are as depicted and the fit and quality are great. Hope this helps.

    • I got the size 2x32 and am 5'1" with long legs and a short torso. I can wear them with boots. I would suggest you get the longer inseam. If I remember they came in a 34. That would probably fit you fine.

About Carhartt

If you're looking for durable, comfortable clothing and outerwear, few other brands can compete with Carhartt. Although the venerable Carhartt clothing company has become one of the most respected names in American work wear today, the brand comes from humble roots. Founded in 1889, the family-owned business started out in Detroit, Michigan with just two sewing machines and five employees. During The First World War, the company made uniforms for the US military and also manufactured work clothing for the Navy during WWII. Today, Carhartt clothing is still known for robust fabrics, top-notch construction and a great fit. From rugged Carhartt jackets and coveralls to jeans and shirts, this is one brand you can trust to deliver the real deal -- every time.
