Pants are baggy, not relaxed

Purchased these to replace older Carharrt B17 jeans. I've worn this style for years. These are far too big in the butt and thighs, the waist doesn't taper in enough so it feels like I must wear a belt, which I haven't done for years (tho the hips ride right.) I don't think they're "relaxed fit," they're baggy fit.
  • Best Uses: Active, Casual Wear, Manual work
  • Cons: Baggy fit not B17 norm, Seat is too voluminous, Thighs are too big, Uncomfortable, Waist larger than hips
  • Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper, Career, Casual, Classic, Eclectic, Hate fashion like style
  • Inseam: Feels too long
  • Pros: Bomb proof stitching, Heavyweight fabric, Solid black
  • Waist: Feels too big
  • Was this a gift?: No
