Toasty Warm, comfortable fit.

These are nice, warm, comfortable jeans. I haven't had them long enough to comment on the durability, but they look like they would be durable with the triple stitching on the seams. I like the straight leg cut. I noticed they don't have the side pockets of the other models Carhartt makes, so I a... Read More

  • Great value

These jeans are comfortable and well made. I’ve worn them several times and I have to figure out why they are considered “seconds”. The flannel lining the jeans isn’t super soft, but is certainly soft enough and I suspect they will be quite durable for a long time to come. While they are quite warm on their own, the fit is roomy enough for additional layering if needed. I would even say these run a tad large although I did order a size up from my normal size because my size wasn’t available, but I think my normal size would have been plenty roomy as well. Overall, they seem to be a quality pair of jeans at fantastic price point.
  • 2nds??

These jeans are the best - and a great value. I could not tell there is anything "wrong" with them for them to be 2nds. They are the high quality you would expect from Carhartt. They are super warm and durable, yet soft and flexible. I absolutely love these jeans. My only regret is that I only bought one pair as now they are sold out in my size. This is a "must buy" for any woman who works outside and needs to be toasty warm while still being comfortable. They are not stiff and rugged like the double front jeans. These have stretch to them and they flex and move with you, but the flannel lining makes them extra warm. I LOVE these!
  • Staying warm

These pants were a size to big for me but I couldn’t turn them down for the price that they were. I bought them for working outside in the winter. They are perfect and have not let me down. I would have bought another pair if they still had the size I needed. I did however, order 2 pair of unlined Carhartt pants.
  • As comfortable as sweats!
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Renae from MO on Wednesday, January 31, 2018
These jeans are super soft and stretchy. They almost feel like I am wearing sweats! I ordered them even though they are a size bigger than I usually wear because they were only $15 and I figured I could layer a pair of thermals under them with the extra room. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I feel the opening at bottom of the leg is entirely too wide. I know these are relaxed fit, but that large of an opening is beyond boot cut!
  • Do the job!

I bought these to keep my legs warm on those cold, damp, windy days. They definitely do that. Probably not the most stylish, but if looking to keep warm can’t beat these for the price.

  • “Are these high-rise or mid-rise? They look pretty high.”
Asked by kah from md on 11/16/2016 11:03:00 AM
    • These jeans are comfortable to the hip below my waist & belly button. I like several styles of women's Carhartt jeans that compliment an "older" figure, these jeans definitely do.

    • That would depend on your height. I normally wear a petite and they more of a high rise, but if you are tall, they would be mid-rise

About Carhartt

If you're looking for durable, comfortable clothing and outerwear, few other brands can compete with Carhartt. Although the venerable Carhartt clothing company has become one of the most respected names in American work wear today, the brand comes from humble roots. Founded in 1889, the family-owned business started out in Detroit, Michigan with just two sewing machines and five employees. During The First World War, the company made uniforms for the US military and also manufactured work clothing for the Navy during WWII. Today, Carhartt clothing is still known for robust fabrics, top-notch construction and a great fit. From rugged Carhartt jackets and coveralls to jeans and shirts, this is one brand you can trust to deliver the real deal -- every time.
