Returning an item outside the U.S.:
The return policy follows these two guidelines for reimbursement.
Products returned within six (6) months of the order date will be refunded by original payment method
Products returned six (6) months or more after the order date will be refunded by merchandise credit
Items can be returned if they are returned to us in clean, sellable condition. View all return information.
Use the shipping method of your choice -- we recommend you use a service that offers tracking -- and send the item back to us with a copy of your invoice you received with the item you are returning. To expedite the process, always provide your customer number or order number.
If you have misplaced the invoice, please include a note with your full billing address, order number or customer number so that we can issue a reimbursement or exchange.
