I have Arctic weight bibs. I live & work as a pipe welder in Connecticut. We get some cold winters here in New England so I bought the Arctic weight bibs a year ago. They are a great product for working outside during the coldest of winter months but I find myself choosing the standard quilt lined mid-weight bibs about 90% of the winter. I'll only wear the Arctic weight bibs if the temps are at or below zero degrees coupled with windy conditions. When Carhartt says "Arctic weight" they mean it literally. Arctic weight gear from Carhartt is often too warm for me and I'll end up sweating, it's gotta be really cold for me to pull them out.
