These are great. I read the previous reviews that said these run way too long. I normally have to buy everything in talls but I ordered the shorter length and they fit perfect.

  • “Are these still running long? Is there anyway to get the actual measurement of the leg? I just want to order the correct length since I won't have time to return. My true inseam is a 32. Thanks.”

  • “Are they fully insulated from top to bottom or only up to the waist?”

    • ltem 57654 is insulated to the waist.

  • “Can you tell me the length of the upper section of the bibs (on a size 6)? I have a very short torso and am concerned that I will not be able to shorten them enough.”
Asked by Emily from WI on 10/3/2011 12:00:00 AM
    • I am short waisted, many petites fit best due to this, and while I should wear a 10, purchased a 12 to allow for layering for cold. In the 12, the waist hit me in exactly the right place. I do not think you would be able to alter the upper, but you could shorten the overall straps easily even beyond where they currently allow, to adjust for your upper body length. The upper was surprisingly comfortable.

  • “What is the length of this Overalls? Also I have never purchased a Carhartt product before, and I normally wear a size 10 do I go up one more size?”
Asked by Fire gal from Goldendale Wa on 9/25/2011 12:00:00 AM
    • We have the Carhartt Sandstone Bib Overalls available in inseam lengths of 30, 32, and 34 inches. If you intent to layer under the overalls it is recommended that you order up a size.
Answered on 9/29/2011 12:00:00 AM by Prod. Spec. Kevin from Sierra Trading Post
  • “Are the sizes backwards? I noticed, for example, the first one says "Inseam: 10 Size: 32". I don't want to end up with a size totally wrong for me.”
Asked by Anonymous from Unknown on 3/2/2010 12:00:00 AM
    • The inseam is 30, 32, or 34. Looking at the site though, it shows the sizes correctly with the size being a 2-20 and the inseams being 30-32 accordingly. I hope this helps.

About Carhartt

If you're looking for durable, comfortable clothing and outerwear, few other brands can compete with Carhartt. Although the venerable Carhartt clothing company has become one of the most respected names in American work wear today, the brand comes from humble roots. Founded in 1889, the family-owned business started out in Detroit, Michigan with just two sewing machines and five employees. During The First World War, the company made uniforms for the US military and also manufactured work clothing for the Navy during WWII. Today, Carhartt clothing is still known for robust fabrics, top-notch construction and a great fit. From rugged Carhartt jackets and coveralls to jeans and shirts, this is one brand you can trust to deliver the real deal -- every time.
