Great Outdoorsman Jacket

Immediatley after buying this jacket i took it on a multi-day hike with no trail. During the day it was in the high 50s, night dropped below freezing. The jacket was constantly shielding my arms and torso from wood, pine branches and thorn bushes while hiking through thick brush (and suffered zero rips or damage). At night while camping, and in the mornings, I was often wearing only a t-shirt under the jacket and was comfortably warm. The sherpa-pile lining made it a real easy transition when putting on a "cold jacket" in the morning. My buddy had the Carhartt ridge jacket with sherpa pile, his worked just as well, the differences being, his is a tad longer, pockets are different, and mine had a built-in hood, which came in handy. Highly recommend this jacket if you work in cold weather and need a tough as nails jacket.
