As a waist cinch that goes under the edge of your bra & half way down your thighs..ugh, thighs bulged at the edge. As a shaper from the waist down it hugged my waist too much, not pretty, also too long for a 5'+ person.

The perfect amount of hold, the perfect length and durable! I can wear it with my shorter skirts as well as dresses. I have owned it for months now and am going to order a second because it is the best piece of shape wear I've ever tried. I'm 5'4", 145lbs, and ordered a medium.

I tried it on under my bust to smooth my tummy a little, it had zero effect. I even got my husband to look at me wearing a dress with and without it to see if he could tell a difference and he agreed there wasn't one. If you want it for the modesty of a slip, by all means get it, but if you're actually hoping for a little shaping, forget it.
