great for winter layering

I wear this on my coldest rides underneath my team jersey. (40-30F morning starts) It wicks well and doesn't get too hot as the sun begins to warm up . I chose this top first over my other layering pieces. It fits tightly and makes a great base layer for me. (bonus that the green matched my kit ). I am impressed with the fabric and of course Castelli's beautiful famous style. It stands alone as a nice garment, aerodynamic, quite flattering. It's not much when you see it on the picture here but just put it on and you look faster. If the top is unzipped, there is a layer of printed yellow fabric that will not allow you to see skin or bra(quite demure) yet will still allow you to cool off. It's great for bee season and will keep those rascals from getting under your top when you zip open.
