The only thing is that the shoulders are a bit tight for me. I am about 5'4'' and 115 lbs, and I typically wear smalls/x-smalls. I have slightly broad shoulders and am an athlete so my shoulders are somewhat more built than your average person of my size, but I'm not super buff. Typically athletic smalls fit me better than regular shirt smalls, presumably because they expect people to want more room in the shoulders. But I got this jersey in a small and while it fit everywhere else as expected, the shoulders feel a bit snug. I'll still keep it since I don't need to move my arms much while cycling, but it might bug someone else!

It is a dense Jersey weight, though not a fleece weight, and the full zip makes it more versatile for fall weather. Nice bright orange makes me visible in traffic and doesn’t look like it will fade easily, though I’ve washed it once only in cold water and line dried.

The fabric is also very light weight and thus cool in hot weather. The jersey does run small, though. Pearl Izumi and Louis Garneau jerseys fit me perfectly in Mediums, but this one was too tight across the shoulders and I had to exchange it for a Large.
