Different but Cute w/Good Arch Support

These are cuter in person than online. I bought the black w/white. The webbing around the toe is nice & soft. The webbing across the top is not elastic, but it is attached to the rest of the shoe w/elastic, which makes it comfortable but looks nicer than a wide strap of elastic. Great Chaco arch. Ma... • inconsistent and runs small...

cute shoes ! -- love the color and pattern, but they run small compared to other brands, ( I always wear a 9). The straps which go across arch are also inconsistent -- one fit, the other was loose... other than that they look good ;-p
    Had to return.

  • Decent sandals

These fit my foot very well, as I have high arches. However, the footbed is much thinner than regular chacos and I can not walk more than a few hours before my feet and knees begin to hurt. Great for minimal use, but not for all day on your feet.
  • Comfy - bought in 3 colours

I have double digit number of Chaco's. I wear them everyday. When I purchased these, I was looking for a slip on Chaco. These obviously fit the bill. Not only do they slip on easily, they look a little less 'Chaco-y' then the traditional Chaco, which I appreciate. The sole on these is very comfortable, however, I did notice the arch support is a bit firmer than my Volv's which I wear most days. It took a day or two for my feet to adjust. The only con is that the straps are not adjustable. I also am not sure how the arch strap will hold up over the long haul because it has a small piece of elastic in it. Will the strap be serviceable by Chaco? I don't know.
Overall, a terrific everyday shoe. I wouldn't recommend for hiking like a typical Chaco.

About Chaco

There's a good reason why Chaco shoes have maintained a devoted following of adventurous souls (proudly known as Chaconians) for more than 25 years. From the incredible, arch-supporting footbed to the totally unique strap configuration, Chaco sandals fit like a glove and provide amazing support. Originally created by Mark Paigen in 1989, Chaco sandals have since evolved from a single pair of “Ultimate Sport Sandals” into an array of adventure-ready footwear products, including Chaco boots, sneakers and even clogs. Plus, to reduce waste and help loyal Chaconians get more miles out of their favorite kicks, this brand has even introduced the ReChaco Project, which allows customers to send in their worn or damaged sandals to be repaired.
